Max R & Alena - Let It Go Someday (Dance Version)

I keep it folded in a drawer
Another day I close the door
The same old ghost is on my skin
I let it wait, I let it win

I wear a smile like borrowed light
'Cause something's hollow out of sight
I told myself it's not the time
I keep on running, keep the lie

But the clock don't care how long I hide
Every shadow's got the time
I can feel it rising closer now
I can't keep dodging anyhow

You can't postpone it forever, no
Someday you're gonna let it go
Spit it out, watch it hit the floor
You can't hold on anymore

You can't postpone it forever, no
Someday you just gotta let it go
Let it go

Let it go, go, go, go, go

I built a wall from all my fears
Dressed it up in borrowed years
But walls don't last when storms roll in
They crack right where I let them in

I used to think that time would fix
The things I never learned to mix
But waiting's just another cage
I'm tired of writing the same page

So I'm done with keeping score
Done with knocking on that door
I feel it rising closer now
No more dodging anyhow

You can't postpone it forever, no
Someday you're gonna let it go
Spit it out, watch it hit the floor
You can't hold on anymore

You can't postpone it forever, no
Someday you just gotta let it go
Let it go

Let it go, go, go, go, go

Maybe I was scared to fall
Maybe silence wasn't peace at all
But I'm not carrying this anymore
I'm walking straight out that door

You can't postpone it forever, no
Someday you're gonna let it go
Spit it out, watch it hit the floor
You can't hold on anymore

You can't postpone it forever, no
Someday you just gotta let it go
Let it go

Let it go
Let it go, let it go
Let it go, let it go
